To preserve and protect property values within the Desert Aire Community. To ensure in a consistent manner that the improvements proposed for installation, replacement, or construction on any lot are compatible and harmonize with the architectural scheme of the neighborhood, comply with the bylaws, CC&Rs, and the Architectural Regulations.


As a reminder all construction projects must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to the start of construction. If you have any questions prior to submitting the application, please attend the Architectural meetings. You may also contact a member of the Architectural and ask questions.
