Member Validation Instructions

DAOA Members must VALIDATE your account information in order to access the members-only area. Enter your Member Number, First Name and Last Name as they appear on your account statement (add a "0" at the beginning of your number). For detailed instructions, please click here.

When you have completed all three fields, click on Validate. You will be directed to the next page where you will choose a Username and set your Password.
